From The Manufacturer:
"As you know, these neon pigments have been used by Facepainters on skin repeatedly for decades without ill report and many facepaint manufacturers use these pigments. In the meantime, to give you an answer in the short term, my understanding on this is that neon pigments are “locked up” when these pigments are developed and formulated and the can only be released at greater than 400 degrees Celsius. They contain substances that should not be used on skin but because of the chemistry involved they are bound chemically and cannot be unbound unless under very high temperatures. As such we have not had a problem in the past with these being used on skin and I think you will find all neon colours from all face paint manufacturers are offering the same. The suppliers inform me that the neon pigments cannot penetrate the skin in the form they are delivered which explains and confirms why we have never had a complaint selling neon facepaints and they have been used on the skin over and over for years – which is not to say that there won’t be a complaint in the future – but if you consider they have been used on literally millions of faces over a decade or more and we have never had even one complaint, I personally would feel very safe putting them on my skin."

The case is approximately 31 x 22 x 3 cm.
